DFM/DFX, selection of steels and finishes, control plans, and dimensioned drawings with realistic tolerances. Output: bill of materials, work cycle, standard times, preliminary documentation.

For us, quality is an integrated process: control plans for each order, material traceability, monthly KPIs and internal/external audits. This approach enables us to guarantee reliable lead times and consistent compliance, even on complex batches for regulated sectors such as pharma, food, energy and water treatment.
We operate with an ISO 9001:2015 certified system; welding processes are qualified according to UNI EN ISO 3834-2; we manufacture structures in compliance with EN 1090-1 and manage pressure equipment/assemblies in line with the PED 2014/68/EU directive. On request, we provide full documentation: EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, WPS/PQR, NDT reports and test dossiers.
Our Quality Department is equipped with a 3D metrology room and certified instruments for dimensional and surface inspections; we perform VT/PT checks, first article inspections and final testing with reports. A dedicated team manages non-conformities, corrective actions and continuous improvement, supporting the technical office and production throughout the entire supply chain.
