CNC drilling and milling of stainless steel
CNC drilling and milling on stainless steel: travels up to 3 500 mm, 15 000 rpm spindle and 8 t table load. Radial/column drills up to Ø 50 mm.
The chip-removal department of 720 m² features 3 CNC milling machines (moving column, gantry and 5-axis), radial/column drills and complementary machines. Since 2024 a dedicated 5-axis has been operating for complex geometries. A team of 8 operators, coordinated by a manager, develops CAM (Cimatron) programmes to reduce set-ups and cycle times.

Holes up to Ø 50 mm with 315 mm spindle travel and 1 250 mm arm for flanges and thick plate.
