Surface finishes and treatments for stainless steel
Aesthetic finishes (satin, polished, vibro) and pickling/passivation treatments on stainless steel. Turbine shot-blasting machine and tank line 2 070×1 490 mm, spray, paste and gel. Ra roughness verified.
The finishing area (415 m²) is run by 6 operators for satin, polishing and vibratory finishing; adjacent to it is the pickling department (835 m²) with 3 operators and four operating modes (tank, spray, paste, gel) for stainless steel passivation. The integrated flow delivers parts compliant with food, pharma, biotech requirements.

Roughness control
Finishes are controlled with Ra verification: polishing makes sanitisation and cleaning easier for food and pharmaceutical environments.
Certified multi-method pickling and passivation
Tank 2 070×1 490 mm, spray, paste and gel remove oxides/contaminants and restore the passive layer of stainless steel.
Multiple processes in the same department
Satin, polishing, vibro and pickling carried out in line: fewer moves, shorter lead times, consistent quality.
Dedicated team of 9 operators
6 for aesthetic finishing and 3 for chemical pickling ensure continuity and fast turnaround.
