Grinding and deburring of stainless steel sheet
Dedicated 720 m² area with Costa MSH3 CVC 1650 sander and Modula ML75D vertical store: satin finishing and burr removal on parts up to 1 650 mm wide.
The grinding/satin-finishing department operates with a dedicated operator who runs the Costa sander to apply a satin finish and remove burrs. Since 2024, parts from laser cutting have been stored in an automatic Modula ML75D system, served by two operators reporting to the laser department manager.

The Costa sander handles wide panels and heights up to 160 mm in a single pass for satin finishing or edge breaking.
Combined satin-finishing + deburring process
Two working rollers plus central brushes remove burrs and even out the surface without changing machine.
Vertical warehouse with 62 trays
Modula ML75D (trays 4 100 × 857 mm, 750 kg capacity) speeds up picking thanks to the laser pointer and reduces floor footprint.
Integrated flow with laser cutting
Parts are deposited by the laser in a dedicated area and moved directly to grinding, reducing idle time.
