Plate rolling of stainless steel sheets
CNC plate rolling of stainless steel sheet for cylinders and cones up to 2 000 mm and 20 mm. 3/4-axis rolls, digital control and integrated flow with bending and welding.
In the sheet forming department (shared area 450 m²) two CNC plate rolls operate: Metallkraft RBM 1270-25 E for light work and Faccin 4HEL 2128 for thicknesses up to 20 mm. A dedicated operator, coordinated by the welding department head, manages the entire rolling process, ensuring consistent quality on shells, jackets and cones.

From thin to heavy-duty: Metallkraft up to 2.5 mm and Faccin up to 20 mm (half width) on stainless steel.
Rollable lengths up to 2 000 mm
Cylinders, shells and jackets up to 2 000 mm with repeatable geometries, reducing longitudinal joints.
Motorised 3- and 4-axis rolls
Configurations with 3 rolls (Metallkraft) and 4 rolls (Faccin) for precise pre-bending and less rework.

Inline rolling with bending and welding: reduced handling, short set-up times and consistent edge quality.
