The CNC bending department hosts three Bystronic presses — Xpert 400, Xpert 150 and ByBend Smart 100 — each with a dedicated operator and a line manager. The area, inaugurated in 2023, enables bends on beams up to 4 100 mm with pressing force up to 4 000 kN, ensuring repeatability and reduced transfer times to welding and finishing.
